How pricing works here
Flat rate, not hourly. Every price above is a fixed number. If the work is not on this list, it gets quoted after we have actually looked at the instrument, never over the phone.
Non-standard instruments, +$30 on a setup. That is locking tremolo, Floyd Rose, Evertune, Taylor NT shim swap, classical, banjo, 12-string, bajo quinto and mandolin. It applies once per job, and only to setups.
$20 diagnostic on anything that needs a look first. It gets credited against the job, and it means we quote you a real number instead of a guess.
Every 5th visit is half off.
Payment at pickup, at the counter. Square, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or cash. We do not email invoices.
